A Little Bit About Myself

 

 

 

I have helped dozens of clients find their perfect home on the beautiful Outer Banks for the past 11 years.  As a specialist in working with Buyers looking for Outer Banks investment property, I am consistently ranked as one of the areas top agents.

Originally a Virginia Beach native, I grew up spending every summer vacationing with my family on the Outer Banks.  Later, my husband, Doug and I married here and decided to stay! Doug is a builder on the OBX & you can check out some of his homes at: www.dougburlagehomes.com.

We live on Kitty Hawk Bay in Kill Devil Hills with our Golden Retriever, Lily, Bernese Mountain Dog, Creepy & new kitten, Tucker. I enjoy traveling, running, gourmet cooking and being outdoors.

I'm an OBX Hokie and I hold degrees from Virginia Tech in both Marketing & Communications, which have proven very helpful in working for my Sellers to get their homes sold quickly at the highest price.  I am also licensed in Virginia, take frequent continuing education courses and read extensively on real estate trends & investing, so I can stay completely up to date and always provide you with the best service possible. 

I also hold the National Association of Realtors designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and am continually working on new certifications to improve my abilities as a real estate professional.
