The Outer Banks is a very unique place to live and own real estate. There are so many options available to Buyers that it can often be overwhelming. Making decisions on which area or town you’d like to be, your price range, what neighborhood, whether you want to use a home as a second home, a home to retire in or an investment property, etc. This is where having an experienced and dedicated agent becomes so important. Investing on the Outer Banks as an out of towner may be a bit intimidating and for those who have never wanted to be a “landlord” and the idea of how and why you’d even want to own a rental home, can be challenging. Not to worry, I will take as much time as you need to familiarize and educate you on the ins and outs of everything you ever wanted to know about buying or selling real estate on the Outer Banks.
For those unfamiliar with the Outer Banks, it's a good idea to gain an understanding of the different areas beginning with the exclusive northern beaches of Corolla, to the quaint Village of Duck, peaceful Southern Shores and then on to the towns of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills (including Colington) and Nags Head. Finally, South of Nags Head, you enter Cape Hatteras National Seashore, leading to the towns of Rodanthe, Salvo, Waves, Avon and on down to Hatteras Village.
If you're undecided of which area may best suit your needs, just give me a call and we can determine which town works for you!
